| CLARIFICATION (1) Definition: (formal) The process or act of making something clearer or easier to understand. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Necessary to ensure clarity, whether it was demanded for or voluntarily decided to be done. 3. Thing being clarified is specific and identifiable. 4. Subject being clarified is measurable and/or assessable. 5. (Reserved.) (There must be an initial reappraisal or reassessment before process is embarked upon.) 6. Questions are asked, at each stage, to clear the 'final' doubts of those to benefit from the process. And answers or responses given are crystal clear and as simple as ABC! 7. A 'test', 'quiz', etc. is given to the person(s) who had thing made clearer or easier, to confirm that the claimed understanding, after the process is true. (Connect to #6.) 8. On conclusion of process, there will be no unresolved or pending matter(s). 9.
