| CIRCUMVENTION (1) Definition: (formal) The act or process of avoiding a difficulty or a rule. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Necessity in the opinion of person avoiding rule, etc. to 'dodge'. 3. An effort was made which confirmed the difficulty in thing. That is, goal is not easy to achieve, without avoiding the rule. 4. Effort results or will result in a gain or benefit, in the long run, in the opinion of 'dodger'. (To emphasize.) 5. No illegality is committed while dodging thing. And no unplanned loss arises from the cheating. 6. Act or process occurs timely to help achieve objective(s). 7. No sanction or punishment is meted out to the person or party that deliberately avoids difficulty or rule (connect to #5). 8.
