Purposeful and necessary - to show/watch films. 2. Purpose-built, with the right security and safety provisions such as a fire exit, etc. 3. Registered legally with the appropriate authorities (and authorized to broadcast the films/movies it shows.) 4. Screen is large and clear enough (and pictures shown are sharp). 5. What is showing is what was advertised. And gate fee is affordable. 6. Inside of building is comfortable and convenient for film-goers, in respect of seats and seating arrangement, ambience, public address system, cleanliness, etc. 7. Surrounding of building is safe and secured for patrons. 8. Staff and workers are efficient and effective. 9.
