Form of government will be thought purposeful and necessary. 2. The laws of the land will recognize the structures in place. 3. The composition will be of an ecumenical nature. That is, all the recognized denominations in country will be represented in government. 4. Rules or governs in accordance with the dictates of the Holy Bible and/or other scriptural books as allowed in and by the country's laws. 5. Has a mandate and a tenure that is renewable (to emphasize). 6. Protects all the citizens of the country without discriminating on the basis of creed or faith, sex or sexuality, race or origin, etc. 7. Cooperates with other governments. That is, administration is able to serve purpose(s) as a good member of the international community. 8.
