| CHICANERY Definition: (formal) The use of complicated plans and clever talk in order to trick people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for user. 2. Person using plans and talk has a high level of intelligence, self-confidence and imagination - not necessarily quality education. 3. Plans and talks have promises of rewards for those they are directed at. 4. Explanation, if ever given of plans, or expatiation on talks, are obscurantist. That is, complication or cleverness cannot be unravelled by people to be tricked. 5. Nothing illegal is done in the course of employing plans or talks to achieve goal(s). _______________________ NOT SHENANIGANS. (See perfect GIMMICKRY.) 6. Methods do not include the use of force or strong-arm tactics. 7. No restriction on the participation in ongoing activities, if any, if those to be tricked show interest in being involved (connect to #4). 8. Loss or losses by the victim(s) is/are, or will be, enormous. 9. A lesson or lessons is/are, or will be, learned from the misadventure, by the victim(s). 10.
