| TENDERER Definition: One who tenders (a bid, contract, etc.: An individual, company, or organisation that submits a tender or bid in response to a request for proposals (RFP), or request for tenders (RFT), or similar procurement process. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Tendering purposefully (to emphasize). 2. Submitting only one (see definition). 3. Contents specified and identifiable. 4. Details are measurable, assessable. 5. Accompaniment, if any, is current. 6. Realistic or real inputs therein. 7. Ready or prepared to defend bid. 8. Sure serves purpose(s), though may not meet aim (connect to #2). That is, submission is complete, correct, fully accepted, and still might not turn out successful.
