| CHARTER FLIGHT Definition: (British English) A flight in an aircraft in which all the seats are paid for by a travel company and then sold to their customers, usually at a lower cost than that of a scheduled flight. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for hirer(s). 2. Rebate or discount made from lower cost is substantial in the opinion of the beneficiaries (= customers). 3. Aircraft of choice is in normal commercial use. That is, aircraft is airworthy (to emphasize, see definition). _____________ HELICOPTER OR JUMBO OR ... . (See perfect BUSINESS (1).) 4. Aircraft departs timely. 5. Service quality on board is not lesser than that which would have been offered on a scheduled flight (to emphasize). 6.
