Selected or chosen after some 'due diligence'. 2. Purpose and necessity for participant valid. 3. Activities specific and identifiable, measurable and assessable. 4. Respecting all the rules and regulation regarding participation. 5. Effort that would be put in is best possible. 6. Serves purpose(s) or achieves objective(s). ___ 1. HEALTHY. 2. TESTER. 3. ABLER. 4. TRUE. 5. ALL. 6. OK. And this is not about a prize or reward. That is, not really happening in a seriously competitive environment or situation. In other words, a doer cannot be sanctioned, or punished, for participating in trial. And respecting rules, and putting in a hundred percent, means no unplanned loss or unforeseen damage would be suffered or caused by this person who puts in best. | |
