Size (= smallness) of room is as desired by monk or nun. 5. Sparse furniture is of the highest quality or of the best grade. 6. Location of room is comfortable for occupant. That is, ambience and/or surroundings will not be a disturbance for monk or nun. ________ 7. Room is safe, secured and adequately protected. That is, desired privacy is guaranteed while in the room (connect to #6). 8. Room is exactly in the condition desired by the occupant, whether warm or cold or stuffy or ... . 9.
