CAUTION MONEY

Definition: (British) Money deposited as a security for the good behavior of students especially at universities and Inns of Court.

2. Not a deposit collected in defiance or in opposition to a law.

3. Collected fully and receipted properly and at the right time.

7. Refundable later, with of without an interest.
