CAUSALITY (1)

Definition: (formal) The relationship between something that happens and the reason for it happening; the principle that nothing can happen without a cause.

* All six elements should be in.


1. Basis, origin or footing of happening is specific and identifiable.

2. Impact or extent of what is (= event, action, etc.) will be measurable and/or assessable.

3. A link or linkage, between the two situations, will be clearly recognized and/or understandable.

4. Connection that would be made between cause (= reason) and result or end result (= outcome) will real or realistic.

5. Relationship established will be whole. That is, nothing will exists to bring a doubt or misgiving about the nature of a cause and the effect.

6. A convincing proof or an irrefutable evidence, where needed, will be available or possible in the situation.
