Purposeful and necessary, for the issuer. 2. Openly and declared written and displayed. 3. Understandable, i.e., in proper form/language. 4. Issuer is an authority in sphere/line of business. 5. Example - if not evidence - of likelihood is provided. 6. Whatever warned against not being done by preacher. 7. Clearly won't be considered illegal or unlawful, or immoral. 8.
