Agreement in principle
AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE

Definition: (informal) A proposed way of cooperation or collaboration between two or more parties, who are aspiring to achieve an objective together.

1. Purposeful (see definition).

2. Voluntarily entered into by the parties.

3. Detailed - 'specific' : measurement, duration, terms, etc., as applicable.

4. Constantly reviewed, as necessary.
