Definitions:

i. A noise or shout expressing anger at or disapproval of somebody who is speaking or performing in public.

ii. Loud noises that people make to show that they disapprove of something they are watching or listening to.

1. Purposeful and necessary for who makes 'call' (see definition).

2. Noisemakers have an understanding of what is being disapproved.

3. Noise or shout takes place at the right moment, not before or at the very beginning of a performance or speech or broadcast.

4. Loud enough to be clearly heard by performer(s), speaker(s), etc.

5. Appropriately responded to, by performer(s)/speaker(s), etc. as exactly hoped for by the person(s) showing disapproval (if applicable). That is, noise or shout serves purpose(s).

6. Will not lead to an unplanned loss, especially for who shouts.
