| AGREEMENT (1) Definitions: i. [ ~ (with somebody)/ ~ (between A and B) ] An arrangement, a promise or a contract made with somebody. ii. (law) A contract legally binding the contracting parties. ____________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Purposeful - worth more that what it is 'written' on. 2. Voluntarily entered by the parties involved. 3. By the main parties involved in an issue. 4. Each party has the capacity to carry out the terms of the arrangement, promise or contract made. 5. Without 'neutrals' or third party involvement - unless decided and agreed to by the main parties. 6. Contains sanctions for breach(es). 7. Detailed, clear and unambiguous. That is, all the included sections, provisos, sub-sections, etc. are complete and understandable for all the parties. 8. Signed or endorsed, and where necessary, witnessed, by the appropriately authorized person(s). 9. Contains, if necessary, a get-out or opt-out clause. 10.
