That is, signs of 'eruption' develop gradually. 3. New stakeholders or actors will rise from the 'ashes' of the events of cataclysmic proportions. 4. Losers in the aftermath will be stupefied as their resistance to change would have failed woefully. 5. Winners produced will be enthusiastic, though surprised, as success would not have been envisaged. 6. Operators or players in the new situation will be in a constant and continuous battle with the former. 7. The outcomes or end results of changes will be monumental and also considered as revolutionary. 8. Political structure that will be established will be sustainable for a reasonable period of time. 9.
