Purposeful and necessary. 2. Surface of 'desk' will be of the right material. That is, effectiveness or efficiency won't be hampered as a result of the nature of workstation. 3. Area around place will be safe, secured and protected. 4. Equipment, devices, etc. in place will be functioning optimally. 5. Staff manning or overseeing desk will be very courteous, completely honest and permanently efficient. 6. Surrounding of area will be clean, neat and tidy - with the right ambience to stay in for customer(s). 7.
