| LARRIKINISM Definitions: i. The state of being noisy, rowdy, or disorderly. ii. The behaviour of larrikins (hooligans); impertinent and disrespectful. iii. Behaviour that is rebellious against and contemptuous of authority and convention. iv. The name given to the Australian folk tradition of irreverence, mockery of authority, and disregard for rigid norms of propriety.
