CARTE BLANCHE (1)

Definitions:

i. (from French) [ ~ (to do something) ] The complete freedom or authority to do whatever you like.

ii. If somebody gives you the carte blanche, they give you the authority to do whatever you think is right.

iii. Unconditional authority; full discretionary power.

7. Authorization serves purpose(s) or achieves goal(s), whatever this/these is/are, without a regret or an unplanned loss for all.
