e. Being deemed purposeful and necessary by circumstances.

f. Status of person accused not 'beyond' the gain to be obtained.


2. Accepted after being confronted by accuser.

a. Proof presented to the individual accused irrefutable.

b. Witness or witnesses, if any, certainly reliable (of truth).

c. Escape or out from situation via an alibi not possible.

d. Guilty conscience and great odds gives no room to 'die-hard'.

e. Confession or admission of fault or blame is easily volunteered.

f. Zero tolerance meted via name and shame, or a public reproach.
