BALANCE OF POWER (2)

Definition: The power held by a small group which can give its support to either of two larger and equally strong groups.

1. Considered purposeful and necessary by possessor of a definitely determinant power.

2. Vulnerabilities of group, that are present in the situation, not obvious, or made known, to opposing gladiators.

3. Requirement for, or provision of, a bully pulpit not present before being approached for alliance or cooperation from truly small group.

4. Support to be rendered will be unconditional (to emphasize). That is whatever considered as own interest will be the basis or footing for rendering a help or an assistance.

5. Trustworthiness of 'beautiful bride' prevalent in the circumstance. That is, support that would be expected not going to be disappointing or in half measures. In other words, advantage usable must be solid.
