COMMON KNOWLEDGE

Definitions:

i. Broadly speaking, common knowledge refers to information that the average, educated reader (or listener) would accept as reliable without having to look it up.

ii. Something that is known to many people but often not made known officially.

7. Impossible to tamper with or alter, if it's to be in a future.

8. Permanence guaranteed, be it of history, in the present, or future.

9. Consequence following presence is affordable by the general public.
