Has a purpose and considers task a necessity. 2. Has a conviction concerning mission. That is, understands issue(s) involved and will vehemently defend position. 3. Will be ready for the long haul - devoting all energy and resources and time to endeavour. 4. Expects a gain, benefit, advantage, etc. from activity. 5. Reasonable and sensible in the conversation with and/or persuasion of others, etc. 6.
