Service rendered in place will be prompt and effective. 6. Persons manning serving points will be neat, with the highest level of personal hygiene, excellent mannerisms, in addition to being courteous, kind and also 'understanding'. 7. Place will be safe and secured while in use. 8. Located appropriately - not the farthest point from workplace, dormitory, classroom, etc. 9. Serves purpose(s).
