Definition: Ignoring (willfully disregarding, setting aside).

1. Purposeful and necessary for who disregard - to establish the dispensable nature or quality of who or what is ignored.

7. Planned loss, or expected disadvantage, therein, is affordable for who ignores some person, or the object, or an idea concerned.
