No injury or wound is sustained by or inflicted on the persons involved in the process of removal and fixing of parts. 4. Parts taken are from an older machine, vehicle, etc. already used or in use - not from a new machine, vehicle, plant, etc. __________________ 5. Parts are of the same model and/or brand. Parts therefore fit excellently and are usable. 6. Repaired or built product (= machine, vehicle, etc.) is not presented, promoted or sold as being made of completely new parts. __________________ 7. 'New' product serves purpose(s). That is, the parts taken and used from the old machine or vehicle, work effectively and efficiently. 8.
