Purposeful and necessary, especially for the hoaxer. 2. Out fully in the public domain at the right time. 3. There will be no chance to attempt its verification. 4. Those not discerning can easily believe the piece. 5. Doesn't lead to an unplanned loss and/or death, etc. 6. Serves purpose(s), in the opinion of who deceives. 7.
