| CALLER (1) Definitions: i. A person who goes to a house or building. ii. A person paying a visit. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements should be in. 1. Has a purpose and considers visit a necessity. 2. Arriving at, and knocking on, the right address. 3. Expected, even if undesired; not a gatecrasher. 4. Goes very prepared, bearing gifts or empty-handed. 5. Arrives at the right time as planned or programmed. 6. Conduct during stay will not exceed the 'mandate' - won't cause an unplanned loss or do unauthorized damage to things in place visited. 7. Won't be in the place with an unapproved 'accompaniment'. 8. Achieves the objective(s) of visiting particular place/person. 9. Causes no serious loss for the residents in the location visited. 10. Must not overstay welcome.
