| CALL-OUT Definition: An occasion when somebody is called to do repairs, rescue somebody, etc. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in 1. Purposeful and necessary (see definition, to emphasize). 2. Right time, when the person being called is free and available, not when engaged in some other serious or important activity. 3. Repair or rescue was attempted but could not be successfully done by the person summoning the worker. That is, call-out was a necessity. __________________ 4. 'Pay' or reward from action was be worth the effort. 5. Task would be accomplished exactly as hoped for. 6.
