Purposeful and necessary (see definition, to emphasize). 2. Free and available for use. That is, place will be vacant! 3. Connection goes through - immediately! Fast!! _____________________________ WHATEVER THE EMERGENCY. 4. Has a list of emergency numbers on its panel or wall. 5. Box is safe, clean and tidy. 6. Box is a safe distance away from the road (to emphasize). _____________________________________ WHATEVER THE EMERGENCY NUMBER. 7. Box is of appropriate dimensions. That is, caller, however big or tall, can be comfortable inside the box. 8. Area around the box is safe and secured. That is, no danger from animals, rodents, etc. where the box is situated. And structure is balanced and stable where positioned. __________________________ WHATEVER THE WEATHER. 9. Call is/was clear. That is, no noises or interruptions while speaking to the other person(s) at the other end. 10. Box serves purpose(s) (connect to #9). 11.
