| CALL CENTRE Definition: (British English) An office in which a large number of people work using telephones, for example arranging insurance for people, or taking customers' orders and answering questions. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. 1. That is, all the workers behave responsibly in the centre. __________________ 4. Workers are extremely efficient and effective, limiting talks or discussions to only official issues. 5. Workers are well behaved. No whistling or singing or clapping or tap dancing by a 'free' worker while others are talking on the phones. 6. Office is neat, clean and very tidy. __________________ 9. Worker(s) intonation or accent is acceptable, clear. That is, no problems relating to speech, voice, etc. are encountered by callers as a result of the difficult articulation of the workers. 10.
