Overvaluation
OVERVALUATION

Definitions:

i. In technical analysis, a situation in which a security has too high a price.

ii. The act of putting too high a value on something.

iii. The act or instance of assigning too high a value to something.

1. (without some shenanigans) not deliberate done.

2. Basis of assessment or initial valuation was faulty.

3. Projected return on investment, output, etc. too high as a result of miscalculation.

4. (where available for sale) bid price will be lower that list price and/or asking price.

5. Usefulness or usage won't give real value for money.

6. Inevitably ends in a loss, as a positive change (an appreciation) in economic or of financial circumstances won't occur.
