| OVERFLOW MEETING Definition: (literally and figuratively) A supplementary meeting of those unable to find room in the main meeting. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. And approved or authorised to hold. 2. Location not too far away from main, if a consultation is needed. 3. Organisation, in conjunction with the 'main', won't be a problem. 4. Agenda and/or order of the day will be exact same as the other's. 5. Considered cost-effective, to hold the supplementary meeting.* 6. Integration occurs afterward, i.e. single minutes to be produced. 7. Conduct and proceedings never markedly different from main's. 8. Serves purpose(s) and achieves objective(s), as wished, hoped. 9. Helps preparation for a better arrangement, next meeting, if... . ___ * Duration and expenditure not exceeding that initially planned.
