Purposeful and necessary to enter the 'land' to have proper rest. 2. Welcoming to all entrants, exclusively children, who want a nap. 3. Ambience claimed most suitable for kids, in respect of airiness or surroundings, silence or quietness, facilities or equipment, etc. 4. Protected/secured, meaning no unauthorised or untimely entry. 5. Possessed fully on reaching land, i.e. can be stayed in for long. 6. Fruitful land, i.e. there can't be nightmare while 'living' here. In other words, children won't get up before having their full rest. 7. Borderless, that is, land has no boundaries; visa never needed. 8.
