Person looking has 'authority' or advantage - can't be punished. 5. Fixed for a seemingly endless duration or like an eternity. 6. Message contained in the 'strange' gaze will be unmistakable. 7. Outcome therein, would be a response or reaction, even if subtle. 8. Utterance won't accompany look (to emphasize, connect to #7). 9.
