Nonjusticiability
NONJUSTICIABILITY

Definitions:

i. The quality of being nonjusticiable (not capable of being decided by legal principles or by a court of justice).

ii. Non-justiciability concerns whether a court can with constitutional propriety adjudicate on the matter before it or whether such an adjudication by the court would be an infringement by the court of the role which the Constitution has conferred on it.
