In historical linguistics and language contact, unpacking is the separation of the features of a segment into distinct segments. vi. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. * For definitions (i), (iii) & (iv) only. 1. Purposeful and necessary to unpack. 2. Container, suitcase rightly placed. 3. Content therein are known, for sure... even if not packed by the unpacker or unpackers. 4. Time or timing believed appropriate. 5. Orderliness displayed during removal. 6. Dirtying of items removed can't happen... tool used is neat & tidy. 7. Not rushed such that any damage occurs... slowly and/or steadily. 8. Approval or authorization guides action. 9. Everything in bag, or box is brought out. 10.
