Purposeful and necessary (see definition). 2. Conspicuously located or positioned. That is, easy to see/identify. 3. Part will have nothing extraneous around the edges, below its inner end, or on its top, that will hamper its effectiveness. 4. Connection from part to the machinery in machine will be safe and excellent. That is, equipment will work when part is pressed, without causing an electric shock to finger, a spark, etc. (to emphasize). 5. Will be generally clean, neat and tidy (connect to #3). 6.
