2. Specific and identifiable, and measurable and/or assessable, from an assessment, grading, test and evaluation, markings or symbols, etc.

3. Previous benefit or gain, that side provided, if any, conveniently forgotten. That is, not reckoned with or remembered for any good now.

4. Promise, prospect, saving grace, if any, that side offers, is not going to be acknowledged while considering prevailing circumstances.

5. Willingness or readiness, determination or reconsideration, to have a change of mind about the 'bad and ugly' not going to be present.

6. Condemnation, misunderstanding, irreconcilability, etc. will be the prevalent condition, not an encouragement, a forgiveness, compromise.
