Believes concern is purposeful and necessary. 2. Having a dictionary, close at hand or, within reach. 3. Origins, sources of words is constantly researched on. 4. Knows meaning, and tries to confirm the correct meaning, of any newly discovered word or phrase. 5. Ensures that pronunciation of every newly discovered word is properly done to avoid any embarrassment. 6. Attempts to form or coin own word, promoting same, if possible. And there will not be a misuse of word. 7. Spellings and writing correctly aren't discountenanced. 8. Translation or interpretation, is gotten right, always. 9.
