Connection with customers, clients, etc. in respect of communication or contact, is focused, open and transparent. STABILITY/RELIABILITY. 7. Conduct or behaviour, guidelines, etc. are sustained for duration desired or wished for. PRODUCTIVITY/PROFITABILITY. 8.
