Self-guilt
SELF-GUILT

Definition: Feeling guilt for one own's actions. [This doesn't mean you feel guilty for your own actions all the time, you can feel self-guilt even if someone else did something. Self-guilt can often lead to depression (mood) and worst-case scenarios.]

7. Chance to make up or repent has been lost. ANNOYANCE.

8. Blame game, inconvenience, etc. therein, very prevalent.

9. Ends prior self-loathing; serves purpose(s). THANKFULLY.

10. Lesson learnt from measurable or assessable aftermath.

11. Lasts for a short duration (connect to #9). GOOD VALUE.
