Hope or expectation, aspiration or wish, demand or desire, etc., before a payment is made or prior an action being taken, will be that what money and time will be spent on will be worth it: productive, beneficial - brings no fear or doubt. Adequate funds and period will still remain to buy or do another vital thing, after money and time would have been spent to purchase or perform a particular product or action - results in no panic or hurry, wastage or misuse, etc. (HAVE YOU?) 3. Output or end result, outcome or fallout, after effect or impact, etc. of expenditure of money or time, will be certain to not be disadvantageous to who thinks he/she is able to afford thing - causes no pain or embarrassment (connect to #1). (CAN YOU?) 4. Too much energy won't be spent haggling or demonstrating, negotiating or rehearsing, arranging or organizing, etc. over what will be bought or done.
