* All eight elements would be in.

1. Purposeful and considered a necessity for who gives.

2. Never demanded or suggested before an offer and acceptance.

3. Given unconditionally. That is, would not be demanded to be returned, if attempt at illegality fails.

4. Money is considered 'irresistible'. That is, amount will be thought 'reasonable' or 'substantial', in recipient's opinion. And no further talk to convince 'criminal' will be needed, after 'real good' money is collected.

5. Dangers or risks in illegality will be fully known by recipient.

6. Given and received timely, when an (the) illegal thing required to be done can still be accomplished and currency still has some value.

7. Illegality will be gotten away with. That is, bribe will serve purpose(s) or achieve objective(s).

8. (Reserved.) (Money-taker will not feel any remorse; won't be troubled in his or her conscience; suffers no diminished self-worth: will simply take, all other things being equal, a bung, again.)
