| BUM (3) Definition: A lazy person who does nothing for other people or for society. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Has a purpose and believes it necessary to be a no-good. 2. His or her personal subsistence or existence will be assured. That is, person will not be a liability on another or on the society. 3. Cannot convincingly justify laziness and unconcern. That is, can muster strength or energy required to perform a task and should normally be involved in matters concerning members of the public. 4. Will not deliberately put himself or herself in danger, as a direct result of bad behaviour and nonchalance. 5. Does not break the law in the course of displaying poor attitude. That is, will cooperate with law enforcement agent(s), where required. 6. Will ordinarily be difficult to convince to get off backside and do good for people or provide a positive for the society. And will be unaffected by criticism, scornful remarks, disparaging comments, etc. 7.
