| BULLY-OFF Definition: (British, hockey) The putting into play of the ball at the start of a game of hockey and after each goal. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to 'restart' playing. 2. Occurs in position permitted by the regulations. 3. Goal necessitating start was not awarded in error. 4. Happens when allowed or indicated by the official(s). 5. With each team's players on the right sides of pitch. 6. Having enough period still available for some impact. 7.
