| BULLY (1) Definition: A person who uses their strength or power to frighten or hurt weaker people. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Person has a purpose, not necessarily a justification - either to achieve a particular goal or as a cover for a lack or confidence or ... . 2. Strength and/or power is genuine, real. That is, basis of threat and/or harassment is sustainable over a period of time. (And where basis for bullying is 'shallow', victim does not to know this!) ________________________________ BUT WHAT DO THEY GAIN ? | ||

| 3. Activities are carried out at the right time, not when a more powerful person or persons is/are around to be a threat to bully or to protect the weak. 4. Person does not get injured, in any way. That is, victim does not 'fight' back. (Too scared to even try!) 5. Fright or hurt does not lead to the death, immediately or eventually, of the victim. ______________________________________________ BULLIES WILL MEET THEIR COMEUPPANCE ... further below the line 6. Person is never reported to a higher authority. That is, attacker always gets away with bullying activities. (Connect to #7.) 7. Person will attempt or do it (= bully) again, to the same victim or another hapless 'weakling'. In other words, bully is not a one-off 'terrorist'; unrepentant, especially if not confronted by the poor victim! __________________________________________ ... SOMEWHERE, SOMEHOW, SOMEDAY. B - bad U - useless L - loser L - lawless Y - you Bullies are cowards. Bullies have some complex. Bullies do need mental checks. Bullies - they are all poor, lost sous. Bullies should be pitied or prayed for. |
