| BUILDING SITE Definition: (especially British English) An area of land where something is being built. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Specific and identifiable, measurable and/or assessable. 3. Real or realistic. That is, a construction or an erection is actually taking place on area of land. 4. Appropriate building plans or approved drawings have been secured for the work being done on particular site. 5. Equipment, tools, gadgets, etc. on site are all of the right quality and quantity. 6. Area is securely protected and safe. That is, no unauthorized person will be able to get into place, screened, fenced or open, bare. 7. Persons on site - skilled or unskilled - will be the appropriately qualified personnel. That is, the labour available in place will be professional or experienced enough to do a good job. In other words, quality of structure being built will be topmost. 8. Access to area will not be denied to the supervisory or regulatory authority or authorities of or for what is being constructed. 9. No illegality will be going on in area of land that can cause a delay in, suspension or stoppage of, the work. 10. Facilities in area to assist workers optimal performance, will not be destructive to the environment or ecosystem. 11.
