| PONZI SCHEMER Definition: A person who is operating a Ponzi scheme. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eleven elements would be in. 1. Not going to have a business partner. Greed. 2. Sure of a known purpose and necessity. Scam. 3. Often with false appearances; dressed to the nines. Poser. 4. Really never having a genuine place of business/address. 5. Sweet-tongued. And that's all; too eloquent. 6. Always ready with some 'Plan B', i.e., able to escape the long arm of the law. In other words, cheat, liar, con, will get away with the embezzlement or mismanagement of other peoples' monies. 7. Clearly a scienter; can not feign ignorance. 8. Schemer? Outrightly denies fraudulent intention and plan. 9. Swaggerer. Boasts, only if achieving objective(s). Smart. 10. Recognizes forgeries or counterfeit currency. 11.
