| BUFFET (1) Definition: A meal at which people serve themselves from a table and then stand or sit somewhere else to eat. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to organize meal in particular manner. 2. Arrangements are excellent. That is, provisions for dishes and cutlery, adequate spaces and/or chairs, benches, table, etc. for sitting or standing, are all in order. 3. Adequate variety of dishes are available, with appropriate labelling or with someone to explain contents of each food container. 4. The table on which bowls, etc. are placed is strong, big or spacious enough, balanced and stable for the weight of dishes. 5. No limit will be imposed on the quantity of food that can be taken by partakers (connect to #7). 6. No constraints will be placed on the time allowed to eat. 7. Quantity of food that is voluntarily taken, including second or third helping, if any, will be finished. That is, no waste of food. 8. Food will be in the condition desired, tasty and/or delicious, and healthy for the eaters, dieting or not! 9.
